Our Shuttle Transfer carries several passengers from one pick up point to multiple destinations.
Our Private Transfers are for single bookings only - whether they are for an individual or large groups.
You can cancel your booking at any time. To cancel free of charge, the cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before your pick-up date. The cancellation must be made via our bookings page. The same conditions apply when altering or partialy cancelling your transfer.
For cancellations made within 48 and 24 hours before your pick-up date with us, we charge a fee of 50% of the total cost of your booking. For cancellations made within 24 hours, the charge will be 100% of the total cost of your booking.
Please note: "No shows" (not appearing on the agreed date), will be charged 100% of the total cost of your booking and the return pick-up will be cancelled automatically. You may still book another return transfer with us if you can book it at least 48 hours in advance. You can click here to reservas@orobus.net activate it again free of charge.
One of our drivers will be holding up a sign with our logo on it in the arrivals lounge after you have claimed your baggage. Please see below some photos of the arrivals lounge where you can expect to find the driver:
Just in case you could not meet the driver at the exit of the luggage hall, please call our 24h service number. We will tell the driver where you are waiting. On early arrivals it can happen that the driver will arrive at the arranged pick-up time because he is busy and cannot arrange to be there before.

We send a confirmation email with a tax invoice which can be used as a voucher and must be presented to the driver on both pick-up and return journeys. This invoice can also be used for accounting purposes.
